Adolescent substance use remains a significant public health challenge in Nigeria, particularly in semi-rural communities where preventive services are limited. This study examined adolescent drug use and its impact on physical and mental health in Kokona Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, Nigeria: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 400 students selected through multistage sampling. Data were collected using the validated Adolescent Drug Use and Health Outcomes Questionnaire (ADAHOQ) and analysed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, chi-square tests, and binary logistic regression at a 0.05 significance level.
