Immunisation remains one of the most effective public health interventions for reducing morbidity and mortality associated with vaccine-preventable diseases in Nigeria. This review examines the current state of immunisation and disease control in Nigeria, highlighting progress achieved, persistent challenges, and emerging opportunities for improvement.
