Adolescent substance abuse remains a significant public health concern, with social, psychological, and environmental factors influencing use. This study assessed the knowledge and attitudes toward substance abuse among students in selected private and public secondary schools in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. A descriptive cross-sectional design was employed, and data were collected from 802 students using a structured questionnaire.
