Childhood diarrhoea remains a major public health challenge in low- and middle-income countries, contributing significantly to morbidity and mortality among children under five years. This study aimed to assess the effects of diarrhoeal disease and the preventive and management practices adopted by mothers of children aged 0–5 years in Nassarawa Local Government Area (LGA), Kano State, Nigeria.
