Health education and promotion are critical strategies for improving population health and preventing diseases, particularly in developing countries such as Nigeria, where preventable conditions contribute substantially to morbidity and mortality. This paper explores the integration of regulatory and community-based approaches in health education and promotion to strengthen primary healthcare services and enhance health outcomes.
